Brian brings 17 years of utility-scale energy experience implementing large and small scale wind, photovoltaic, hydroelectric, biomass, hydrogen, energy efficiency, microturbine, natural gas, diesel, and fuel cell projects.  He has been directly responsible for $5+M in USDA grants for 10 previous clients in ID, OR, CO, and AK.

Mike Costanti (Principal)

Mike brings 7 years of energy experience working with market development, regulatory analysis, state/federal energy policy analysis, project development, and strategic planning.  He was an integral part of securing ~$50M in CREB authority for 50 cities, counties, school districts, colleges, and universities in MT, WA, OR, and TX.

Bob Julian (Chief Advisor)

Bob brings 40+ years of energy industry experience ranging from regulatory analysis, contract negotiation, project management, project financing, equipment purchase, and operation & maintenance.  He has seen it all and assists as needed.

Jim Suit (Permitting Director)

Jim, who retired as the State Conservation Engineer for the Montana NRCS, brings 37 years of planning, design, permitting, construction, and federal/state policy of civil and agriculture engineering projects.  He has a farm and ranch background and has worked with agriculture and natural resource issues across the nation.
