Regardless of what type of wind project you are
interested in, WCE can play a key role in making your wind project a
reality.

We will bring your project from the initial assessment
stage, through final project commissioning, and into operation &
maintenance. Our industry networks grant
us access to a wide variety of wind turbines, including MW-class machines and
the Entegrity Wind System EW15, 50-kW wind turbine.
WCE is the only authorized re-seller of the Entegrity EW50, 50-kW wind turbine in MT, ID, OR, WA, and AK. Entegrity stands behind their EW50s with a 5-year O&M and warranty package. WCE will handle everything associated with your EW50 project.
Pre-Development
(40 – 1,000+ MW)
A wind project is 90% planning and 10% execution. Depending on your situation, you may be able
to add significant value to your project by conducting pre-development
activities before selling your project to a 3rd-party
developer.
Pre-development activities may include, wind resource
assessment, transmission interconnection studies, power purchase agreement negotiations,
federal, state, & local permitting, environmental assessments, and geotechnical
studies.
A good rule of thumb is the more you put into it, the
more you’ll get out. WCE will work with
you to maximize your project value.
WCE is currently working with landowners on pre-developing wind projects in MT, OR, and ID.
Lease Negotiations
(40 – 1,000+ MW)
Negotiating the terms and conditions that will dictate how a 3rd-party developer will build, operate, and wind down a large-scale wind project on your land is a major decision that requires close scrutiny.
WCE intimately understands
the transaction from both perspectives, and will work on your behalf to
generate maximum value for you over the course of the project’s 30+ year life.
WCE is currently working with clients in MT, OR, and ID
on negotiating wind lease agreements for wind projects in excess of 500 MW.
